Thank you for visiting my on-line résumé. It is designed to provide you with insight into how my 20 years of experience in an array of media and communications can bring knowledgeable, innovative and effective communication and management skills to your organization.

The focus of my career has been effective communication through the practical development of innovation and positive change, to take "an idea" through the processes of evolution and implementation into profitable or successful concepts. In many cases these have involved leading-edge technology. My strength is working in a team environment to nurture an idea, and then to ensure there are trained staff and appropriate procedures are in place to make it work.

Over the years, I have held a number of senior, executive-level positions, with responsibilities for revenue and profit objectives and staff management. As a consultant, my clients have included leaders in their field, and investors looking for concepts to launch new business opportunities.

Here are some of the additional assets that I bring to the table:

• the ability to take a challenge and turn it into an opportunity
• experience working with, and seeking consensus with local or regional entities within a national organization
• a detailed and extensive understanding of how the media works, in all formats
• functionally bilingual, having worked in media and on projects in both Montreal and Ottawa
• extensive knowledge of government procedures on Parliament Hill, having worked closely with the Speaker's Office, Committee Chairs, Department officials and the Senate on communications issues.
• civic involvement and an understanding of the non-profit sector.

My goal is to secure new professional challenges or leadership opportunities in either a staff or consultancy role that integrates my practical and strategic experience in all aspects of corporate innovation in the communications and multi-media environment.
